Cleaning Product Refills ...
Bring your own bottles or use some of ours. If you're coming to refill your own bottle it does not have to be empty as we will weigh it before filling to ensure that you only pay for what you refill with on the day.
Feel free to drop your bottles and shopping list with us when you arrive, we'll fill your bottles while you enjoy a coffee and browse our entire environmentally friendly range. Your order will be ready when you are.
Kerbside pickups are now available! Place your order online and select 'pickup' as delivery method, include a note at checkout if you would like us to bring your order out to the kerb. Please call us on 021 172 2263 if you have any queries or require your order urgently.

Our oral care range is growing!
We have expanded our oral care range to include Solid Toothpaste Tablet refills. Available in fresh mint, you can now bring your own container to stock-up.
We also stock mouthwash, toothpaste, toothpaste tablets and tooth powder, all of which come in reusable and returnable glass jars or bottles.
Thanks to Solid's loyalty programme, when you return 12 jars/bottles you get a free jar or small bottle of toothpaste tablets. We return the jars to Solid, making this system truly circular!

Refill Academy
Brand new to refilling?
Don't know where to start?
Great, you've come to the right place!
We've designed our Refill Academy with newcomers in mind, it's a relaxed and friendly environment where you can learn all there is to know about refilling your bottles, jars and containers with over 25 of our different refill products ranging from baby bubble bath to skincare and even toothpaste tablets!
Ask as many questions as you need, and we can even fill some containers for you to take home if you like.
Recycling Hub
In addition to our range of environmentally friendly homewares we also have a recycling station in our Ōtautahi Christchurch store.
As a Community Collection Hub for TerraCycle we collect waste for their Razor and Oral Care recycling programmes. Find out what can be recycled and more about these programmes via the link below or pop in next time you're passing and let us show you our recycling station.

Bespoke Furniture
The latest addition to our range is bespoke furniture that has been handcrafted out of reclaimed timber (some of which is 90+ years old) that we've salvaged from earthquake damaged houses here in Ōtautahi Christchurch and that would otherwise have ended up in landfill.
We have a number of pieces in stock and love creating custom pieces for our clients. Have a piece of furniture in mind? Get in touch and we'll bring your idea to life.

Is paper based and compostable.
Is reused existing packaging where possible.
Will always be environmentally friendly.
It might not look very flash (you won't find rubber balloons or glitter popping out of your parcel!) but all orders are wrapped with love and care and the materials used are as environmentally sustainable as possible.
